1. Introduction

• This statement (hereinafter referred to as "this Disclaimer") is formulated by [Wanjing Qianxun (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.] (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") and applies to your use, integration, testing, development, and deployment of [MozRobot SDK Documentation] (hereinafter referred to as "SDK"). • This SDK is a technical toolkit provided by the Company to help developers build software applications that interact with humanoid robots. The SDK does not constitute any commitment or guarantee regarding hardware performance, safety, stability, or functionality.

2. Product SDK Functionality and Performance Description

• The interfaces and tools provided by this SDK are for development reference purposes only. We do not guarantee stable operation in all environments, hardware configurations, or usage scenarios.
• This SDK does not guarantee that it can achieve specific functions (such as complete human-machine interaction, complex motion control, environmental perception, etc.). The performance of all functions depends on terminal robot hardware conditions, firmware versions, external environments, and developer implementation methods. We do not guarantee that the SDK can achieve all your expected functions.
• The SDK does not provide any form of "ready-to-use" service. You must bear the technical and commercial risks during development, debugging, testing, and optimization.

3. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• No Functionality Guarantee: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company makes no express or implied warranties, commitments, or representations regarding any functionality, performance, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the SDK.
• No Implied Warranties: This SDK comes with no express or implied warranties, commitments, or representations. This SDK does not guarantee compliance with specific industry standards, safety standards, privacy requirements, or compatibility with third-party systems.
• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Company, its affiliates, employees, subcontractors, agents, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, goodwill loss, third-party claims) arising from the use or inability to use this SDK.
• Our total cumulative liability to you for matters related to this Disclaimer or the SDK shall be limited to the fees actually paid by you during your use of the SDK (if any).

4. Usage Restrictions

• Compliant Use: You warrant and guarantee that your use of the SDK and any products or services you develop based on the SDK will strictly comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and normative documents.
• Prohibited Activities:
  • You may not use this SDK for any illegal, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: privacy infringement, identity forgery, malicious attacks, reverse engineering, cracking, or for military or espionage purposes.
  • Unless prior written permission or explicit written authorization is obtained from the Company, you may not use the SDK for commercial purposes without written permission from the Company, or use SDK code for open source projects without authorization, unless explicit written authorization has been obtained.
  • Unless prior written permission is obtained from the Company, you may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise decrypt the source code or binary files of the SDK, unless prior written permission is obtained from the Company.

5. Hardware and Environmental Dependencies

• The operation and functionality of this SDK depends on specific humanoid robot hardware platforms (including but not limited to sensors, controllers, power systems, etc.) and stable operating environments. You need to confirm hardware compatibility and environmental conditions yourself. The Company assumes no responsibility for any SDK functionality abnormalities or failures caused by hardware mismatch, environmental interference, power failures, or improper hardware operation.

6. Data and Privacy

• This SDK may involve the collection and transmission of robot operation data. You should ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and bear legal and compliance risks arising from improper data collection, storage, transmission, or use.
• This SDK does not provide any user data storage or processing services. We assume no responsibility for any legal liability, compliance risks, or third-party claims arising from your data processing activities. Such data processing activities are the responsibility of you and your applications.

7. This Disclaimer does not apply to the following situations:

   • Specific functions or services explicitly committed by the Company in writing when providing the SDK (such as "providing API call examples" explicitly stated in the documentation).
   • Direct personal injury or property damage caused by the Company's gross negligence or breach of contract (such as equipment failure in extreme scenarios).

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
