1. Introduction

• This statement (hereinafter referred to as "this Disclaimer") is formulated by Spirit AI (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") and applies to your use, integration, testing, development and deployment of the [MozRobot SDK Documentation] (hereinafter referred to as "SDK"). Please carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause. By using this SDK, you indicate that you have read, fully understood and agree to accept all the content of this Disclaimer.
• This SDK is a technical toolkit provided by the Company, designed to help developers build software applications that interact with humanoid robots. The SDK does not constitute any promise or guarantee regarding hardware performance, safety, stability or functionality.

2. Product SDK Function and Performance Description

• The interfaces and tools provided by this SDK are for development reference purposes only. We do not guarantee that they will run stably in all environments, hardware configurations or usage scenarios.
• This SDK does not guarantee that it can achieve specific functions (such as complete human-machine interaction, complex motion control, environmental perception, etc.). The performance of all functions depends on the terminal robot hardware condition, firmware version, external environment and the developer's implementation method. We do not guarantee that the SDK can achieve all your expected functions.
• The SDK does not provide any form of "plug-and-play" service. You need to bear the technical and commercial risks during development, debugging, testing and optimization.

3. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

• No Function Guarantee: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company does not make any express or implied warranties, promises or representations regarding any function, performance, accuracy, completeness or suitability of the SDK.
• No Implied Warranty: This SDK does not come with any express or implied warranties, promises or representations. This SDK does not guarantee that it meets specific industry standards, safety standards, privacy requirements or is compatible with third-party systems.
• Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the Company, its affiliates, employees, subcontractors, agents or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, punitive or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, business interruption, loss of goodwill, third-party claims) caused by or resulting from the use or inability to use this SDK.
• The total cumulative liability we bear to you for this Disclaimer or SDK-related matters shall be limited to the fees you actually paid during the use of the SDK (if any).

4. Usage Restrictions

• Compliant Use: You promise and guarantee that your use of the SDK and any products or services you develop based on the SDK will strictly comply with all applicable laws, regulations and normative documents.
• Prohibited Actions:
  • You may not use this SDK for any illegal, infringing or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to: privacy infringement, identity forgery, malicious attacks, reverse engineering, cracking or for military or espionage purposes.
  • Unless prior written permission or explicit written authorization is obtained from the Company, you may not use the SDK for commercial purposes without written permission from the Company, or use the SDK code for open source projects without authorization, unless you have obtained explicit written authorization.
  • Unless prior written permission is obtained from the Company, you may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise decrypt the source code or binary files of the SDK, unless prior written permission is obtained from the Company.

5. Hardware and Environment Dependencies

• The operation and function implementation of this SDK depend on specific models of humanoid robot hardware platforms (including but not limited to sensors, controllers, power systems, etc.) and a stable operating environment. You need to confirm hardware compatibility and environmental conditions yourself. The Company is not responsible for any SDK functional abnormalities or failures caused by hardware mismatch, environmental interference, power failure, or your improper operation of hardware.

6. Data and Privacy

• This SDK may involve the collection and transmission of robot operation data. You should ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (such as the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and bear the legal and compliance risks arising from improper data collection, storage, transmission or use.
• This SDK does not involve providing any user data storage or processing services. We are not responsible for any legal liability, compliance risks or third-party claims arising from your data processing behavior. Relevant data processing behavior is your and your application's responsibility.

7. This Disclaimer does not apply to the following situations:

   • Specific functions or services explicitly promised in writing by the Company when providing the SDK (such as "providing API call examples" as clearly stated in the documentation).
   • Direct personal injury or property damage caused by the Company's gross negligence or breach of contract (such as equipment failure in extreme scenarios).

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Disclaimer are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of the SDK or this Disclaimer shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties first; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to [the court/arbitration institution with jurisdiction in the Company's location] for litigation or arbitration.
